The therapeutic space is a safe place to bring your whole life.
I specialise in advising people experiencing personal crises and short-term or long-term difficulties. I invite those who want to understand themselves, explore their challenges, or seek more profound changes. Counselling and psychotherapy can help people with painful childhood experiences and traumas. During our counselling sessions, I will work with you to facilitate your personal growth and development.
Psychotherapy sessions will be longer-term work involving a more in-depth process, exploring the past and how it has influenced your life in the present, and I will help orientate you to a better, brighter future. These sessions will help you understand your needs, feelings, behaviour and know where you come from, who you are, and most importantly, where you are going.

My story
I am a Masters degree educated psychologist (Glasgow University) and a trainee in Psychotherapy and Analysis (Institute of Individual Psychology www.ipi.lt). I am volunteering at the Crisis Management Centre and working in individual practice. My therapy sessions are under the professional supervision of the Institute of Individual Psychology. My work is theoretically orientated by psychodynamic principles and the deep and analytical approach utilised by Alfred Adler.
